  Great location. Hotel was charming and very good value for the price. There is a laptop to use if you didn´t bring one. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and can be deliver to your room with a little extra charge.

  If you don´t travel light, there are few steps to get to reception and then few more to get to the elevator and there is no bell boy.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful, the best front desk staff I have seen in a long time. The beds were comfortable and the use of a computer in the hotel was a great added feature.

  The bar across the street was a bit noisy. Was lovely but didn't quite feel like a 4 star property. I would still recommend the hotel due to location and friendliness of staff.

  The room was so pretty and the location was excellent. Very quaint hotel and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Made us feel very at home.

  Would have been better if there was coffee/tea making facilities.

  Location is excellent, accomodations are very charming and comfortable, but most of all, Gwendolyn (manager) was excellent! She made it extra special!

  The location was great and there was a computer in the room which was very handy...nice size room with separate lounge area, would stay again if I could stay on the top floor.

  The noise from the room above us as there were wooden floors and this made it very noisy, although nice to look at.

  The hotel is in an excellent position in the old town: it's a conversion of an old building and has both history and imaginative contemporary design. Comfortable, quiet room, good facilities and views from terraces. Restaurant not open on Sunday so couldn't sample it. And yes, there are hair dryers, rather too subtly hidden behind bathroom mirrors!

  No prior information that restaurant not open on Sunday (but lots of choice around so no great problem). Breakfast fine but not very exciting.

  A sympathetic modern renovation of old building so certainly lots of ambiance (not a modern factory hotel). Great location in old town. Kind, courteous & efficient staff (arranged a printer for my PC out of hours, no problem). Business trip so suite a great idea: sleep in one room, work in the other - good to keep these separate. Ideal place to stay, I'd definitely stay here again & would recommend it unequivocally.

  We had long long chats to the staff, they were so lovely and willing to assist in any way possible. The location was in the middle of town, so good for tourist activity. The rooms were quite lovely and comfortable.

  Might have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room. If you're a light sleeper you may have trouble with the noise from the bar across the road on a Friday/Saturday. But my husband slept through it.

  It was wonderful to have internet access in the room. The room was very spacious and comfortable, We liked the central location and easy distance to attractions. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

  There was no room safe, although plenty of room.

  Great location on the edge of the Old Town and with a fantastic James Bond style parking garage. Note that parking in central Luxemburg can be a problem (and expensive) so if you have a car I'd recommend using the hotel's car park.
